We have a team with extensive experience advising clients in the agroindustry, hydroelectric and sanitary sectors, in all matters related to the use of water, forming multi-disciplinary teams to have creative strategies for the current availability of water. We give advice on the creation, transfer and exercise of the water use rights before the Dirección General de Aguas, as well as in hydraulic constructions, sanction proceedings, non-use payment, users’ organizations, among others. We also advice our clients in the purchase or sale of water use rights, proposing innovative solutions for water supply and performing specific due diligence reviews.
