He is an expert on corporate law, merger and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets and contracts. Mr. Achurra also has experience on private equity / venture capital, and investment funds. After his LL.M graduation, he worked as an international associate in Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.
